Like a pure love, a rose can last more than a lifetime – the oldest living rose is 1,000 years old, blooming on the wall of the Cathedral of Hildesheim in Germany. Its strong roots survived, remaining intact when allied bombers destroyed the cathedral in 1945, and once again, the rose flourished.
This 18-karat gold leaf rose floats atop an elegant multi-colored resin background of blues and greens which promote well-being, tranquility, and creativity. It’s a unique piece of art, made on glass using multiple layers of UV protected resin, high-quality color pigments, and 18K gold leaf. This art piece comes as shown, displayed in a beautiful antique wood frame.
