This home was completely and utterly trashed by a renter and received a major revamp with a budget a little over $50,000. I assisted with project management and design, helping keep costs at a minimum whilst making the property presentable and polished. The property makeover focused on staying within the budget (they were already losing rent for months!), selecting upgrades for the home that were both durable and aesthetically pleasing, and getting everything done as soon as possible. Over the course of approximately 2 months, all of the flooring in this 1,680 square foot home was replaced with luxury vinyl which is 100% waterproof and scratch resistant.
